29 CFR  1910.107(e)(2):The quantity of flammable or combustible liquids kept in the vicinity of spraying operation(s) exceeded the minimum required for operation:  a)7286 Penn Drive Bath, Pa, Wheel Repair Shop - On or about September 23, 2021, Employees were working inside a paint booth where flammable liquids were being stored.  The quantity of flammable liquids stored inside the paint booth exceeded that necessary for a single shift.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.  Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photograph or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) 7286 Penn Drive Bath, Pa, Wheel Repair Shop - On or about September 23, 2021, Employees are assigned tasks that involve the use of paint sprayers inside of a paint booth.  The employer requires the use of half face elastomeric respirators while engaged in paint spray operations.  The employer has not established a written respiratory protection program.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.  Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photograph or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

29 CFR  1910.305(e)(1):Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures:  a)  7286 Penn Drive Bath, Pa, Wheel Repair Shop, Stripper Room - On or about September 23, 2021, An employee was utilizing a pressure washer in an enclosed room.  The water spray and over spray was making contact with an electrical distribution panel and electrical outlets inside the room.  The electrical equipment is not rated for wet or damp locations.
