29 CFR  1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function:  a) Jefferson St. and corner of Madison St. , Orange, NJ  Employee observed wearing a 3M half-face respirator while having a beard which did not allow the respirator to properly seal and thereby exposed him to silica dust.   Violation occurred on 09/22/2021.  The Power Concrete Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1910. 134(g)(1)( i)(A) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1283871 citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on  07/05/2018, with respect to a workplace located at Port Reading Ave. overpass Between West Ave And Prologis Way, Port Reading, NJ 07064.
