OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to a struck by hazard.   a)  On or about April 21, 2021, Doornbos Well-LA-LLC-36-1, serial #249232, workers in the area were exposed to a struck by hazard when  high-pressure gas and/or fluid was back fed into the tank of a vacuum truck. The pressure in the vacuum truck tank exceeded the capacity of the tank, causing the back hatch to blow exposing workers in the area to a struck by hazard.
