29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: a) Tractor trailer deck: On September 28, 2021 and at times prior thereto; a bungee cord was pulled across the top step up to the trailer deck and the truck fuel tank. This created a potential tripping hazard when employees climbed up or down from the trailer deck behind the sleeper cab. Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
