29 CFR  1910.303(g)(2)(i):Except as�elsewhere required�or permitted�by this�standard, live�parts of�electric equipment�operating at�50 volts�or more�shall be�guarded against�accidental contact by�use of�approved cabinets�or other�forms of�approved enclosures�or by�any of�the following�means:  a)	On or about September 9, 2021, the employer did not ensure the live parts of the connection leads between the oscilloscope machine probes and the High Voltage Gate Pulse Board Test Fixture were guarded against accidental contact by an approved enclosure or other means.  The probe leads operated at 208 volts and/or 2000 volts during the testing procedure.      b)	On or about September 9, 2021, the employer did not ensure the 208 volt conductors feeding the High Voltage Gate Pulse Board Test Fixture circuit breaker were guarded against accident contact by an approved enclosure or other means when resetting the circuit breaker between each test.
