29 CFR  1926.555(a)(8):All conveyors in use did not meet the applicable requirements for design, construction, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as prescribed in the ANSI B20.1-1984, Safety Code for Conveyors and Related Equipment:  At the construction worksite located at 1185 Mexico City Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri:   The employer did not follow ANSI/ASME B20.1-1984, Safety Code for Conveyors.   Employees engaged in recycling of rock and concrete were exposed to an unguarded belt as well as struck by hazards while standing adjacent to the Fast Trax Impact Crushing Plant to remove paper and other metal debris from the cross conveyor and the magnet.
