29 CFR  1910.1000(b)(1): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of styrene listed in Table Z-2 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 100 parts per million:  a) At 300 Industrial Park BLVD, Nashville, Georgia, Building 3, on or about October 14, 2021, the employer exposed employees to styrene levels exceeding the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 100 parts per million (PPM), in that administrative or engineering controls were not effective to reduce or eliminate airborne styrene from the work area, where employees were performing laminating work.
