John Cseh was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1520430, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as final order on May 28, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1923 W. 54th St., Cleveland, Ohio 44102.

On or about October 13, 2021, employees engaged on roofing activities at 208 Warren Rd., Lakewood, Ohio 44107, were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. John Cseh Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standards or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1520430, citation 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1923 W. 54th St., Cleveland, Ohio 44102.
