29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a-47o Wyckoff Ave, Wyckoff NJ 07481 (Residential Roof): CSHO observed an employee engaged in window installation activities on a 6 on 12 pitched roof in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized exposing the employee to fall hazards of approximately 15ft to the asphalt below. Condition observed on or about 10/13/2021.
