29 CFR  1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(b) or (c):   Wednesday: 10/13/2021-(Initial Visit to worksite 8:30am-9:00am)- Local Ramsey Construction Official  Wednesday: 10/13/2021-(2nd Site Visit to worksite 1:34pm)- CSHO response to site.  a-256 E Main Street, Ramsey NJ 07446: (South Parking Lot Ramsey High School) An employee engaged in trenching activities activities within a 6ft 3inch excavation was exposed to engulfment hazards in which an adequate cave -in protection had not been installed (Photo # 7329). Condition observed on or about 10/13/2021
