29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye:  On 11 August 2021 an employee was seriously injured while working on the job located at 76 Plantingfield Way, Edgartown, MA that required hospitalization.  The employer failed to report the hospitalization to OSHA within the required twenty-four (24) hour period.
