OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to a crushing hazard and asphyxia from drowning:  a) On or about October 7, 2021: At the pond located on the northeast corner of Thistle Field Court and Oxford Gray Road in Wesley Chapel, FL, employees were exposed to crushing and asphyxiation hazards while operating a John Deere Z-track riding lawnmower, model #Z960M,  near a water retention pond with a sloping embankment surface of approximately 20.3 to 26.5 degrees.
