29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   On or about October 5, 2021, at 1430 Thompson Street, Key West, Florida, employees were exposed to fall hazards while  working on a roof waterproofing system approximately 21 feet from ground level without a means of fall protection.  Lindholm Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1375118, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/08/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1039 Gulf Drive, Summerland Key, Florida, 33042.
