29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At or near 5027 No. 180th Ave - Elkhorn, NE 68022 - Employer is failing to ensure that employees working at heights exceeding 6 feet were protected by guardrails or any type of fall arrest system. On or about October 15, 2021, two employees and the owner/foreman were observed to be engaged in roofing activities at heights over 11 feet without having their harnesses attached to lifelines. No other forms of fall protection were used or available.
