Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to burns from accidental contact with hot steam pipes:   a) On or about October 15, 2021, and at times prior, the employer, Deuces Wild Brewery, Inc., did not ensure brewing employees were protected from severe burn hazards due to potential contact with non-insulated and, or unguarded boiling water pipe.  This pipe, at approximately 190 degrees Fahrenheit  ran from a gas-fired heating system into a radiator-type cooler.
