29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(iv):The contract employer did not assure each contract worker follows safe work practices of the facility: On or about 10/15/2021, in Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI) Cluster 4, 300 unit at BASF plant in Geismar, Louisiana, contract employees were re-installing a pressure safety valve (PSV) and did not request a Stand-By Field Operator to observe and assist as required by the BASF Safe Work Permit.
