At 908 Kinsale Dr, Ballwin, MO 63376 - On or about October 19, 2021 Employees of JLA Industries dba Bedrock Construction, were exposed to elevated fall hazards over six feet while working on the roof of a residential structure and were not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
