29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes:  a) On or about 10/08/2021, at Saint Peter's Roman Catholic Church located at 620 Center Street, Lewiston, New York; an employee was scraping paint and preparing surfaces when he sat on and fell through a sky light. There were no fall protection measures in use while working around the skylight.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
