29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): An employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about October 19, 2021, for the employee who was exposed to fall hazards of up to 17 feet while cutting overhanging material from the edge of the roof, at or near 805 Sunflower Avenue in Cooperstown, North Dakota.
