On or about October 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees were wearing eye protection while applying and mixing stucco materials.  This condition exposed employees to a health hazard.

This condition exposed employees to falls greater than 6 feet from lower level.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about October 21, 2021, employees performing masonry work at heights over 6 feet were not trained as to recognized and mitigate fall hazards.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet from lower levels.
