29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   816 W. Lockwood Avenue, Kirkwood, MO 63122: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where the employees are permitted to work on residential roof at heights greater than 6 feet without using any forms of fall protection systems. On 10/22/2021, employees were exposed to fall hazards where they worked on a roof without using any forms of fall protection systems.  The employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 10 feet from the eaves of the roof to a concrete driveway.
