At a jobsite located at 10760 North Fairmount Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64155, employees were exposed to eye and face injuries from flying particle hazards. Employees conducting residential framing work were observed working with assorted power tools without eye and face protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a jobsite located at 10760 North Fairmount Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64155, employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees conducting residential framing work were observed working at elevation without the use of fall protection systems. Employees were exposed to fall hazard distances of between 10 feet 7 inches to over 25 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend to at least 3 feet (.9m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access nor was the ladder secured at it's top to a ridgid support and a grasping device, such as a grabrail, provided to assist the employee in mounting and dismounting the the ladder: At a jobsite located at 10760 North Fairmount Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64155, employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees conducting residential roofing work were observed accessing the roof by utilizing portable ladders. The portable ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) past the upper landing surface being accessed.
