Abatement Note: ANSI Z358.1-2009 specifies that eye wash stations shall have 15 minutes of continuous flow.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the considerations in sections (i) through (viii) of 29 CR 1910.303(b)(1):   (a) Byerly Group I, Inc., DBA  HWY 34 RV, 1111 Southgate Dr., Windsor, CO 80550: On or before October 27, 2021, the employer did not ensure that a power cord  to power RVs and/or trailers while being serviced was not fully covered. The sheathing on a cord in the main bay area was pulled away from the plug. This condition potentially exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.  (b) Byerly Group 1 Inc, DBA  HWY 34 RV, 1115 Southgate Dr., Windsor, CO 80050: On or before October 27, 2021, the employer did not ensure that a power cord used to power RVs and/or trailers while being serviced was not fully covered. The sheathing on a cord  in the storage area was pulled away from the plug. This condition potentially exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
