Juan Gomez DBA ALM Gomez Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100 (a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1466492, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 18, 2020, with respect to a worksite located at 2227 Stowe Circle, Naperville, Illinois.    No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
