29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)	Prairie Construction LLC at 348 Canyonlands Street, Berthoud, CO 805136:  On and before October 27, 2021 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury while installing stairs in a residential building, in that two employees worked on an upper stairway landing and did not utilize a fall protection system.  One of the employees was hospitalized after falling approximately 14 feet onto the concrete slab below.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet.
