29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.   a- On or about 10/27/2021 at 65 Schuyler Ave, Pompton Plains NJ07442 (Residential Roof): CSHO observed employees engaged in roofing activities using a circular saw and pneumatic nail gun exposed to eye loss and eye injuries as eye protection had not been utilized.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)(1)  a- On or about 10/27/2021 at 65 Schuyler Ave, Pompton Plains NJ07442 (Residential Roof): CSHO observed employees engaged in roofing activities on a 6 on 12 pitched roof in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the concrete below.
