29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    9750  Old Warson Road, St. Louis, MO 63124: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where the employees are permitted to work on a residential roof removing and installing new shingles without using any forms of fall protection systems.   On 10-20-2021,  employees were exposed to fall hazards where they performed roofing work on a low-slope roof without using any fall protection systems.  The fall distance from the eaves of the roof to ground level was measured at approximately 10.5 feet.
