29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: At the temporary job site located at 24103 W 124th Terr in Olathe, KS: Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that hard hats were not provided. Employees were allowed to work at a lower level without hard hats where framing activities continued to be performed from above.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(6):Each employee on ramps, runways, and other walkways was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems: At the temporary job site located at 24103 W 124th Terr in Olathe, KS: Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards. Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet in that the stairway used as a walking/working path did not have a guardrail system.

Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. At the temporary job site located at 24103 W 124th Terr in Olathe, KS: Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards. Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet from the edge of the working surface to the floor below in that fall protection was not provided.
