29 CFR  1910.502(f)(2)(i):  The employer did not provide a respirator to each employee who had exposure to a person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 in accordance with 29 CFR � 1910.134:  (a)  Seven Lakes MSL LLC, dba Seven Lakes Memory Care, at 1990 Pikes Peak Drive, Loveland, CO: On or about the time period 10/15/2021 through 10/24/2021, the employer did not provide a respirator to each employee who had exposure to a person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 in accordance with 29 CFR � 1910.134.  Employees were required to wear Zhejiang Zhuoyou Protective Articles FFP2 ear loop type face masks when caring for residents who were COVID-19 positive.  This condition exposed employees to a SARS-CoV-2 virus hazard.
