29 CFR 1910.502(n)(1)(ix):The employer did not ensure that each employee received training on the available sick leave policies, any COVID-19-related benefits to which the employee may be entitled under applicable federal, state, or local laws, and other supportive policies and practices (e.g., telework, flexible hours):  a) In the Guardian Healthcare Uniontown COVID-19 Isolation Wings located at 129 Franklin Avenue Uniontown PA 15401, on or about October 28, 2021  - The In-Service training on COVID-19 policy and procedures did not cover the available sick leave policies, any COVID-19-related benefits to which the employee may be entitled under applicable federal, state, or local laws, and other supportive policies and practices (e.g., telework, flexible hours).  Employees were encouraged to use personal earned sick leave only for extended quarantine periods.
