29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):    Location: 125 Amity Street Jersey City, NJ 07304   a) Employees were exposed to chemical hazards while performing water tank filling operations with a previously used UN 1760 foaming grease cleaner detergent tote without a hazard communication program in place.   Violations observed/disclosed on or about 11/03/2021.
