Workshop and Spray Booth: The employer did not provide a medical examination for the employees who wear half face respirators while performing tasks such as (but not limited to) Bondo sanding and spray painting.

29 CFR  1910.134(f)(2): Employees using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested.  Workshop and Spray Booth: On or about November 2, 2021, the employer had not provided annual fit tests to the employees wearing half face respirators while performing tasks such as (but not limited to) Bondo sanding and spray painting. These employees were last fit tested approximately a year and a half prior.

Workshop and Spray Booth: The employer maintained a non-site specific template of a hazard communication program which did not list hazardous chemicals at the worksite and methods for informing employees of hazards during non-routine tasks for the employees who perform tasks such as (but not limited to) Bondo sanding and spray painting.
