29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employees using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested. Workshop and Spray Booth: On or about November 2, 2021, the employer had not provided annual fit tests to the employees wearing half face respirators while performing tasks such as (but not limited to) Bondo sanding and spray painting. These employees were last fit tested approximately a year and a half prior.
