29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a) On or about November 2, 2021, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while working without fall protection from a pitched roof having a ground to eave height of approximately 18 feet.  E & Celedon Construction, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1416209, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 4, 2019, with respect to a worksite located at 1219 N. Main Street, Wheaton, Illinois.   E & Celedon Construction, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1316108, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 1, 2019, with respect to a worksite located at 1626 Redwood Drive, Janesville, Wisconsin.   No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
