29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 114 Hopkins Pl., Longmeadow, MA: On or about November 5, 2021, Two (2) employees were observed working on a residential structure engaged in roofing activities with unprotected sides and edges greater than 10 feet above the ground below and they were not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems exposing them to fall hazards. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
