29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not appropriately worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift.   On or about November 4, 2021 on the west side of the parking lot employees were observed painting the store front from an aerial lift with the fall protection lanyard  inappropriately attached to the side D rings.
