OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees who were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards:  a. 158 South Ridgedale Ave East Hanover, NJ  A job briefing performed by the qualified arborist in charge was not conducted with all affected workers prior to the start of the job and a green log weight chart was not available to workers to assist in the calculation of the weight of the tree sections resulting in crane overload and tip over.  Violation occurred on or about 10/20/2021
