29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).    On November 10, 2021, employees engaged in framing work without fall protection were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 18 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used.     On November 10, 2021, employees performing framing work utilized an extension cord with the outer sheathing split exposing internal wiring. The employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
