29 CFR  1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a) 5824 Union Church Road, Lot 89, Braselton GA; on November 12, 2021, employees were exposed to approximately 11-foot fall hazards where there employer did  not enforce the use of a means of fall protection for employees working at the was no fall protection use enforced while performing wooden decking work at the leading edge.
