Westhampton Beach, NY-  A bicycle bracket for a scaffold was mounted between two interior wall studs and into a horizontal 2"x4". The 2"x4" was not strong enough to hold the weight and the bracket broke from its mount; on or about 11/11/21.  Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
