29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) At 2555 Hilton Garden Drive, Hilton Garden Inn, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about November 15, 2021 and at time prior; the employer failed to ensure employees operating a JLG aerial lift was using fall protection and tied off exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 45 feet to the ground below.  b) At 2555 Hilton Garden Drive, Hilton Garden Inn, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about November 16, 2021 and at time prior; the employer failed to ensure employees operating a JLG aerial lift was using fall protection and tied off exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 9 feet  8 inches to the ground below.  c) At 2555 Hilton Garden Drive, Hilton Garden Inn, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about November 16, 2021 and at time prior; the employer failed to ensure employees operating a Genie aerial lift was using fall protection and tied off exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 25 feet to the ground below.  The Ross-DePass Building Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1204142, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on Feb 19, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 3636 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas.
