29 CFR  1910.1026(m)(3)(i):The employer relied on objective data to determine employee exposure to chromium (VI); however, the employer did not maintain an accurate record of all objective data to comply with the requirements of the Chromium (VI) standard, 29 CFR 1910.1026:  a) 398 South Ramona Road, Lebanon, PA 17042 - The employees weld on stainless steel exhaust 4 or 5 times a year.  The employer has determined that the length and frequency of the operation does not pose an exposure hazard, but has not kept objective data on site to support the determination, on or about November 17, 2021.  Abatement certification required within 15 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
