29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  The employer is failing to protect an employee that was exposed to a struck-by hazard. An employee was engaged in residential framing activities using a pneumatic nail gun without using eye protection. This was most recently documented on or about November  16th, 2021, in Bennington, Nebraska.

An employee was engaged in residential framing activities where the employee observed was working on a mobile scaffolding at heights greater than 13ft. This incident was most recently documented on or about November 16th, 2021, in Bennington, Nebraska.

The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about November 16th, 2021 in Bennington, Nebraska 68022. Two employees were observed working on a residential structure conducting framing operations. The exposed employees were working on the roof of the residential structure at heights over 6 feet- No fall protection was being utilized.
