29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  The employer is failing to protect employees to fall hazards associated with roofing operations - The most recent occurrence of this was evident during the inspection of the job site located at 8620 North 173rd Street, Bennington, Nebraska, 68007.  The employer had five employees working on the roof without using any fall protection.

This was most recently documented on or about November  17th, 2021 in Bennington, Nebraska. The employer is not providing his employees training for the potential fall hazards they encounter.
