29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:   (a)  On or about November 13, 2021 at the site employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from the roof of Garage A without fall protection.
