29 CFR  1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not  independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee  a) On or about November 16, 2021; 1st Place NW; the employee was using the aluminum flat bar located in the wall frame as his anchor point. The aluminum flat bar was not designed to support 5000 lbs. or as an anchor point exposing him to a potential fall of 16-feet fall.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement ce1tification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet)
