29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)(1)  a- On or about 11/18/2021 at 44 Carlton Ave, Hohokus NJ 07423(Residential Roof): CSHO observed employees engaged in roofing activities on a 6 on 12 pitched roof in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 16ft to the concrete below.
