OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:   a) At the Wammock Farm Service Inc. facility at 505 Mims Rd., Sylvania, GA: On or about November 18, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees operated a smooth-tire forklift on unimproved surfaces, thereby exposing employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards.
