(a) 5466 Route 378 Center Valley, PA, Roof: On or about November 9, 2021, employees were not wearing a hard hat while working on the ground, below roofers who were tossing roof shingles off the roof.    (b) 5466 Route 378 Center Valley, PA, Roof: On or about November 9, 2021, employees were not wearing eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun on the roof to install new roof shingles.
