29 CFR  1910.22(d)(2): 29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired.   a) Warehouse - Shipping and Receiving, Ramp#2:   Employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards when working in area where a lift gate (metal dock plate) was not in proper working order; on or about 11/18/2021.  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
