29 CFR  1910.212(a)(4): Revolving drum(s), barrel(s), or container(s) were not guarded by enclosure(s) which were interlocked with the drive mechanism so that the barrel(s), drum(s), or container(s) could not revolve unless the enclosure(s) were in place:  a) Facility, 498 Crile Road, Washington, PA:  On or about November 19, 2021, an employee was cleaning the rotating, unguarded sheet casting centrifuge F machine and the scotch bright pad he was using to clean the drum got stuck in between the rotating drum and the back section and caused him to be pulled  into the machine.    b) Facility, 498 Crile Road, Washington, PA:  On or about November 19, 2021, an employee is exposed to rotating drums on 6 sheet casting centrifuge machines while pouring liquid directly on to the rotating drum without guards in place.
